@TAB s hey TABs good afternoon. how are you going today? how is your health. oh i bought a wedge pillow thinking it will help me keep my legs up while im in bed but all it does is iritate my sciatica! i hope life is treating you well though. life here is great really cannot complain. love bunx

Sorry to hear about your painful sciatica @Bunniekins I get sciatica every now and then. Stretches kind of strengthen my back a bit. Last time I went to a chiro and had a vibrating machine on my back to make the nervous system relax. I hope you are able to find a sweet spot in your day though and aren't too inconvenienced and bothered by the pain. Sciatica can really hurt!

yeah I have to look at altering bed somehow @Bunniekins sposed to have feet higher for legs, but supposed to have head higher for reflux ha ha lol
not thinking about health today.sure peeps on here sick of hearing about it as I am talking about it lol yes, have to keep an eye on things, no point obsessing and dragging myself down.seems warm here, ok it winter long sleeves lol . nap time for perfect Sunday afternoon coming up lol Glad you are okay
