Woke up after scattered nights sleep @GezzaP did my Eden Method energy routine and am no longer irritable. Its a good leg up to start the day for me. Its really cold here so will get around in my Oodie. I only have reverse a/c in my room cant afford it for the rest of the house. Electric throws have extremely low wattage and hardly use any electricity friend says it keeps you warmer than a heater and your bills dont spike over winter. I have had one for years had an environmental scientist come out to my home as part of a uniting church community development initiative and thats what she told me to do. No being slugged with a hefty bill.

@SmilingGecko @MissGremlin @Taali @TAB Cold and windy but clear here atm. Will attempt to get motivated to go for a short walk when it warms up a bit more. I hate the wind. Cleaned kitty litter - puss left me a deposit. Yes I should get an electric throw for the early mornings. Not sure can afford right now. Will have to investigate cost. Feeling restless and immobilised at the same time this morning. Will watch Mexico play in the soccer this morning.

Been stuck at home mostly for a while now and have to keep warm .

@Taali I’m not eligible for any concessions on utility bills. I’m $40 over the income limit for a low income health care card so have to pay full price for everything except public transport which is free as I have a seniors card. Hanging out for a part aged pension and the pension card that goes with it.

Might use it 1-2 hrs day @GezzaP not every day. Like $40 fm Home . Costs around 60c/hr have to be near it tho
