easy fix is create new profile @GezzaP not sure why they cant fix yours when they fixed others ok or others fixed themselves guess

@GezzaP its one of these oscillating machines. You lie on your back put your feet on the device and you oscillate like a fish. Its good for inflammation, poor sleep, back issues etc

@TAB If you mean reregister I already tried that twice. It didn’t fix my problem. Do you mean change my user name? I can try that tomorrow morning. I can’t see the screen on the you tube video btw it is too small. Maybe I have to use the computer but I freeze doing that. I can’t afford to heat the room for long. I hate using the computer.

yes, completely new profile. maybe clear caches on computer and phone
