@TAB Hanson tried to limit questions by rambling on. The ABC outsmarted her by extending the time for questions ha ha. She threatened journalists she didn’t like just like Trump. Her policies on the media were particularly dumb. Abolish SBS and make the ABC watchers pay for the service. Her speech was otherwise what you would expect but she neglected to mention her prior promise to abolish welfare. Protesters unfurled a big banner live on TV behind her.

@GezzaP I havent heard anything about Pauline Hanson abolishing welfare she has said its a safety net for people to use until they can find their feet again unless they have complex health problems preventing them from work. I will watch The National Press Club on iView

@SmilingGecko Think gratitude journalling might make me manic. I think if I kept a general journal it would just reinforce my dip in mood. I laughed out loud when ABC outsmarted Hanson trying to limit question time by extending the time for questions.

It does make you manic @GezzaP I used to get manic scrolling through e-mails to browse through interesting information. I dont get symptoms anymore thankfully

@SmilingGecko Hanson avoided mentioning abolishing welfare at the press club but has said she would do it in the past. She evaded most of the more unpopular policies in the speech. I’m sure like all politicians someone wrote her speech for her, but her anti-immigrants, anti-Muslim and anti-Trans hatred was made clear. She also skirted around the abortion question. She evaded all the difficult questions like all politicians. She is after all a divisive politician. Emphasis on politician.

Just put the garbage out @GezzaP got lawnmower man coming by next week to sweep some leaves and pull some weeds. Havent been able to get out and walk recently due to sprained ankle. Its been like this for several weeks. I cant use a rebounder because my left ankle doesnt like it. So ZenChi machine it is, does the same thing but no wear on ankle

What’s a ZenChi machine @SmilingGecko ? I haven’t been for a walk this afternoon because it’s raining. Did empty compost into compost bin in garden though. Getting hungry because I had lunch early. That’s probably also due to all the O in my system.
