I slept for 7 hours last night got up twice to go to the loo. So hope I can stay awake for footy tonight.
Had to walk to acupuncture appt and then walked to shop this morning hence my silence this morning.

Then had to organise lunch and do dishes. My kitchen is tiny so can’t let dishes accumulate.

I think I am starting to swing from mania through high anxiety towards depression not sure just a feeling.

Puss has come onto my lap just before I’m going to stand up ha ha.

@GezzaP how did you go with your appointments today? I'm having problems with my credit union now too. They rang me today about my card. I thought it was fraud and hung up. They then proceeded to cancel my card. It was due for renewal. So I rang them and got the problem sorted out but got to wait for a new card. They wanted me to sign on with their app to get my new card. I was able to do it but I dont particularly like phone banking except for the convenience factor. Just got to wait for my new card now. I think the credit union is going to do something about it because when they ring people think its fraudulent. I think its a good idea to hold back and not give any info over the phone unless you ring them yourself

Oh yes @SmilingGecko I’m always suspicious if credit union calls me. It ie always inconvenient when they cancel your card or it expires. It is embarrassing if it doesn’t work all of the sudden. I have a back up credit card for these times, but hate using it because of the high interest charged if you’re unable to pay the full amount of a bill. I wish I could just not worry about it and let my estate deal with any bills.

@GezzaP yeah I'm tired of bills. At least the credit union was who they said they were lol! Oh well just unlucky today but my card was due for renewal anyway. Just been sitting in the sun lapping up the sunshine. Spose I got to do some dishes. Couldnt be bothered right now may leave it for later I have a big kitchen. Would prefer a smaller place thats more manageable. The rooms are small but I have an L-shaped kitchen which is quite big. All the garbage piles up there.

I am a messy person @SmilingGecko . I have stuff everywhere. I am worse when I’m sick. So the place is a mess. Atm I have clothes hanging inside which should have been rehung outside this morning but I couldn’t face doing before my appt, I’m very slow getting going in the morning and do stuff all in the afternoons. I’m unmotivated and lazy and get cold. I can’t sit in the sun because of the glare on my eye even with sunglasses

@GezzaP I think lack of motivation/laziness comes from the illness as well as the meds. I think the meds tend to wear people out too. Motivation is a big issue for people with MI. My house is messy I got the virgo critic off my back years ago but its no good as far as something like feng shui goes. I really need clear open spaces in the house. Are you watching footy tonight? Is your team playing? Hope you enjoy the football if its on tonight. I've got to pack some bulk purchase meat will do that tomorrow plus farmer comes by. Cat has politely positioned itself on me when I lie down lol
