@SmilingGecko When I’m not stressed or having an episode I go back to sleep as soon as I have been to the loo. Will set alarm tonight as I have to go to acupuncture tomorrow and I want to watch my footy team play in the evening.

@GezzaP hey Gezza, so sorry that you feel consumed by worry and anxiety. May be you can ring the bank first thing in the morning to get some clarification that everything will be fine once sorted? May be let them know your special circumstances that require assistance?

@SmilingGecko @TAB @Meowmy I have to wear a plastic eye shield at night this week. So i have to lie on my back to go to sleep which is ok except when I feel like cuddling up on my side.

@GezzaP thats inconvenient, if it makes you feel any better cataract surgery in the 60+ bracket is quite common according an insurance company sponsored article in The Age I read recently. I hope I dont get them as I get older
