Wishing you all a lovely day today. The sun is shining and it looks like good washing weather so will do a load of laundry this morning and clean the kitchen before the farmer arrives

Morning @SmilingGecko . I didn’t sleep well last night. That’s two nights in a row. I’m irritable and tired, but need to avoid napping as that will make my insomnia worse. I might allow myself a power.nap after lunch but I will set an alarm. Thanks for the link I will try it. With bipolar as you no doubt know going to bed and getting up at the same time is important, but this is not always possible. At least my footy team is playing during the daytime this coming weekend. I will eat a late lunch so I can watch their late afternoon game on Sunday. I have to do my Spanish now.

If you can grab the morning sun without putting lights on in the house it will reset your circadian rhythms so by the time night comes around the melatonin will start flowing. I learnt that from a Harley Street doctor who put out free materials during the Pandemic and even my acupuncturist doctor said the same thing. If not just get as much sunshine during the day that will work for you as well @GezzaP
I felt nervous and agitated this morning so got out a piece of obsidian crystal whose metaphysical benefits include getting rid of irritability. Feel so much better. I notice I had a Sun inconjunct Uranus transit today which is a very irritating and causing much turbulence so checked which crystals to match it up with and obsidian crystal remedy was recommended.

@SmilingGecko . I tried to get outside earlier this morning. Will walk up to letter box in about an hour. Will try to go for a walk around the garden. Really hungry atm, but it’s too early for lunch. Psych has booked me in for Tuesday so it won’t clash with my eye test on Monday. I will pay for psych on credit card as per usual. I get most of the money back on medicare.

@GezzaP I'm sitting outside in a minute with my sunhat on to get some sunlight. Have cleaned up the kitchen and swept the floors, will make curry for lunch soon. Attended a webinar on finance, a lot of it is only applicable to the USA but good ideas. I have no money to invest but do have a disability trust which I established to guard my inheritance from my ex. I usually listen to a Women and Money podcast each week. I think I'll go with their Nord scam watch idea I mentioned last time which goes through your e-mails and flags suspicious phishing emails before you click on links. I also learned about dental plans from Women and Money which we have also have here in Australia and offer higher discounted rates than extras insurance. I'm with https://www.smile.com.au/ If you have high dental expenditure like a root canal then you can get literally hundreds off compared to extras which hardly offers any coverage. You can also combine smile dental plans with your existing extras so added discounts. You can sign up straight away and theres no waiting period
