Hello @GezzaP I was having trouble sleeping properly and was having acupuncture which used to knock me out at night. In between acupuncture I would do this acupressure for insomnia and it really worked well for me. I do it 30 minutes before bed. Its worth giving a try to avoid a manic episode

@PeppyPatti I’m on a superannuation pension. I do not qualify for a pension card as I’m not old enough yet or a low income health care card. I’m just over the income limit for the latter so I don’t get any concessions. I’m investigating other options. Some fortnights are really hard when I have big bills. Pay some bills monthly.
