The footy distracts me a little @Meowmy . I’ll be up late for me watching my team play. They have had 5 night games in a row. I don’t like it as I prefer to go to bed early. Oh well. I tend to get distracted when I try to meditate or I fall asleep could set an alarm I guess. Don’t want to miss my team playing tonight @SmilingGecko . Watching another game atm. Puss came in early so I fed her. She jumped up on the counter. I know I shouldn’t let her. She is asleep in her hammock in her cat tree that reaches almost to the ceiling. I will eat before my team plays. I’m glad your practices work for you but I’m not sure I have enough belief in them for them to work for me.
