Hello @Meowmy I realise you are not coping at the moment. Wondered whether I could offer up something to you to strengthen your soul? I have seen therapists online share this technique for their clients. I use it. Dont know if it sits well with your Christian faith but its an easy qigong practice which restores the strength in ourselves and makes us weather the storms of life easily - especially if we feel defeated and have moments when want to check out. It involves strengthening something called your "hara" line which descends from the higher octave of love down into the physical body and into the earth. It provides strength and stability like a tree. If the branches of a tree are withered then it will die. By strengthening your hara you join the two polarities from up above and below into alignment, augmenting a strong flow of energy throughout the hara thereby strengthening your very foundations, making you invincible. I thought I'd pass along. I will get the link now. Be like a spiritual warrior Meowmy and take from this cup of wisdom to walk your fully embodied path free from pain.

Yes I know it’s hard @Meowmy . I’m depressed atm and suffering from high anxiety. My helper is here. We went to bunnings, local shop and chemist. It was good to get out of the house for a little while. Hoping you are ok. Hang in there.
