@PeppyPatti can be really hard to do sometimes hey, especially depending on who we're admitting it to. Sometimes it's even hard to admit it to ourselves.

Can help to remember that even if people don't understand, they usually still want to help. It can also help to have a think about what kind of support we might be wanting from who we talk to. So if they don't know what to do or how to respond, we can offer things like 'I just need someone to listen' or 'I could really use some practical support'.
