Pleased you got out for a walk @SmilingGecko . Takes a while to get used to eating main meal at lunch time. Puss finally came in. Shut her in now.

She wasn’t happy but is settling down now. Afternoon was a struggle with the smokes today. I guess because I’m down. Enjoy your dinner.

I’m not a night owl as that’s bad for bipolar @TAB . Only time I stay up is if the Crows are playing. Not happy with them having 5 night games in a row to start the season. Puss has accepted that she is not going out again. Will keep working on smokes.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP you will get there I dont know how much willpower has to be used in smoking cessation but strengthening willpower slowly and gradually like flexing a muscle may work idk. Dont want to make suggestions, I've never smoked so would not know how the impacts of cravings are felt. I thought it was really good @TAB @Bunniekins were able to give up the smokes though. It must be so hard to stop something that you crave so much. But so many people seem to be doing it. Like I said I was really surprised that BOTH of my parents gave up smoking in their 60's and 70's due to health reasons. They were habitual smokers lighting up one cigg after another. We had nothing as kids as all the money went on their smoking habits.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@GezzaP no apology for long post necessary, compared to me it's short and sweet!

Same here, I take bipolar meds at night as well as a diabetes one. I agree, age and also for me, one of the diabetes meds rids the body of excess glucose through urine so I am still eating too much sugar obviously.

I hope you start to feel better, I struggle with getting in the shower each day too.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I take bipolar meds morning and night @ENKELI More at night. Plus I’m on 3 blood pressure meds. I have bipolar 1. Do you have bipolar 1, 2 or mixed? It’s a horrible disease isn’t it? Luckily I don’t have diabetes or high cholesterol. I take an antibiotic for an unexplained rash too. Finally got a specialist appt for that in August after waiting over 4 years. Will need cataract surgery down the track too. I hate aging. And I have made it worse by smoking. Self-inflicted evil habit. Sorry another long post. You don’t have to answer my question about your bipolar if you don’t want to.
