Good luck with your drinking and diet @TAB . I have a plan to try stopping again when run out of smokes. Have smoked less than normal today so counting that as a small victory. Puss has made herself scarce today. Hope I can get her in later. She didn’t eat her breakfast today. Have tried all different types of food.

Thats good you did physio @TAB just back from walk here about to cook dinner soon. Did not have dinner at lunch as I had other stuff on @GezzaP Back onto it tomorrow

Im on diet soon @SmilingGecko printed off shopping list , been throwing stuff thats not on list out.

Thats a good move @TAB you will lose weight on a carefully planned diet. My meds are a bit of a culprit with weight gain but I walk daily most days. What new diet are you on? I'm getting out into the garden to grow my own produce again. The garden beds are weeded and ready to go. A bit worried about prices going up so had to do something again. Is it ok to store seeds in the fridge? I read that what you can do to keep them, is that correct?

just put drain back together @Glisten its scary quick emptying now, like careful or fingers will get sucked down lol @

@Glisten I don't think so.If so it was minimal as my plants were looking like death warmed over before I watered them.
