Yes I know about the quit app @TAB , but it didn’t help me last time I tried to quit. I fear I’m a hopeless case.

@GezzaP We have a new moon in Aries Friday 17th. Its great energy to seed wishes. So 72 hours before a new moon I do my wish list. Its approx 3 days prior to a new moon and its known as the balsamic phase - fertile soil for incubating wishes. The phase of the moon will be waxing after the 17th so it gives your manifestations a gentle nudge. But now the moon is waning which isnt good for suddenly setting goals in motion as theres no momentum with a waning moon - nothing will come of it. You could just have quitting smoking on your wish list for now just think about it and maybe write it on a piece of paper and read it morning and night. I put my list under a pyramid with a generator crystal on top during the 72 hour balsamic phase. Yes its really hard to give up smoking. I've seen my family struggle with it but they gave up in the end due to health reasons in their 60s which was surprising

@PeppyPatti I hope you will be allright. I'm sorry to hear you have not been coasting along well and have been alone in your struggle. You can catch up with your support co-ordinator which is a good backstop and draw on their extra resources as you need. Mental health is your priority right now so take extra care of YOU! Your forum community stands by you and what you have been forced to contend with lately. Stay strong we are here for you!

I am thoroughly addicted to smoking and the habit is really strong so
it’s a hard nut to crack. Starting by cutting back. Had one after lunch and am putting off another now. @SmilingGecko I have it as a goal. Did dishes after lunch. Puss has settled in her hammock high up in her cat tree after as usual going in and out this morning. She hasn’t eaten all of her breakfast yet but yesterday she ate most of it eventually. Hope your lunch is nice.

No worries @TAB . We all got problems that’s why we’re on here. I smoke about 16 smokes a day so not as many as you used to. I don’t drink on my own very much in the cooler weather so that helps with not smoking too much more. The mornings are the hardest time of day for me when I have coffee. Don’t like tea so coffee it is. Should work on cutting back on that habit first. Well enjoy the rest of your day.
