Oh could be a busy day for you @TAB . I have tried twice to change light bulb but couldn’t undo cover so I think I’ll give up.

I slept fine thanks @SmilingGecko . Glad you did too. Very frustrated can’t undo light cover and felt unsafe on ladder tried twice. Sent a message to helper asking him to come to do it. Nothing on today. Hope you enjoyed your tea sounds like you did.

well some light fittings have clips, and push on, some you have to loosen screws @GezzaP probs best to leave it? just looked down open drain, still a blockageup the top before the trap., need wire or soak it in something before put back together
I vaguely recall having bought a flexible wire thing for drains, not seen in years , too hard for now. looks like I can skip my step 1 to local shops , if leave for bigtown now, things will be open ore more open ie hot chickens cooked eg or all shops open not just ones that open early. not overtired ..much re language
..laterzz ,...

My light fitting is a screw one that I couldn’t undo @TAB . Enjoy your trip to the big town if you make it. It is cold here this morning. Nice for footy team to get a win. Nothing on today.

@GezzaP yes I wouldnt risk going up a ladder at our age with bone loss and potential injury. You dont want to fall even if its just changing a light globe. Nothing on for me today GezzaP. Did not have a hot flush last night. Came across collagen and HGH audios. My joints are now a lot better for walking as they were sore because of movement. Could not afford to buy collagen so I listen to a morphogenic audio on Sapien Medicine's Odysee channel that does the same thing for free!

@GezzaP I had an electrician around here last year fixing a security light and my dimmer switches and globes. When lights arent working it can be annoying.
So glad I washed this oodie several times. The manufacturing chemicals in it are gone. I think they use lots of formaldehyde in textiles etc Its very polluting to the environment let alone being absorbed by your body through your skin .
Hopping on rebounder soon.

The light is annoying but I simply couldn’t undo it @SmilingGecko . Have fun on your rebounder. I’m still doing Spanish. It’s cold here today. Puss is asleep on her armchair. A bit bored here today missing the company of yesterday. Still thrilled about my blood pressure results. Getting scam messages masquerading as being one of my banks. Will maybe watch something on iview in the afternoon.

@GezzaP those scam messages are getting harder and harder to detect with AI now. Yes I thought those blood pressure results were amazing. Go you! Well done. Youre encouraging me to get my BP under better control. I'm listening to Rife frequencies to expand my blood vessels and make them more flexible with the production of nitric oxide, plus flushing out arterial plaque, fats and scarring.
Yeah rebounder is great for immunity as lymph contains a lot of your immune apart from blood. Its my winter strategy. Got some batteries for my old "Airtamer" which is an air ionizing device that zaps cold/flu bugs before you inhale them. People in enclosed spaces like airflights use them and dont come down with anything. Mine is an old device they now use USB's to charge them, mine uses batteries. Its good having an extra layer of immune defence. Looking at getting some Propolis for winter apart from lasering my blood. This flu season is going to be bad.

Thanks re blood pressure @SmilingGecko . My immunity seems pretty good i don’t seem to get colds and flu. I guess that comes from years of teaching. My dr is away so will be a while before I can get my annual flu shot. I always get one. If your audio works for you that’s good. Just walked up to letter box empty yay no bills.
