very good @Meowmy enjoy your coffee. head spinning here trying to sort new pay tv subscription. worked yest , now it wont work , was asked to pay full price , so did, them have 2 subscriptions, cheap offer wont work tho. turns out thru 2 dift sites, sign in tv is thru amazon .crazy. think I am up now, think got to local shop when opens then bigtown, ha, when done there everything should be open here then go pick up tv thing later

Good morning @Meowmy @TAB @StuF @PeppyPatti @SmilingGecko . Didn’t sleep late after sitting up last night after sitting up to watch footy. My team won yay. Tried to change light bulb couldn’t undo cover so failure there. Oh well I will ask my helper to do it.

Good Morning @GezzaP good your team won. I've got big plans for today , but thinking need couple more hours sleep. Either that or push through on promise to self of early afternoon nap, ha guess will wake up a bit more once start moving.

@Meowmy @StuF I rebooted broadband and tv in hope that subscription info would update. looks like it has , ha.✔️

Hope you get some sleep either way @TAB . I’m frustrated that I couldn’t undo light cover to change light bulb it’s just done up too tight and I felt unsafe on ladder. Have sent a message to helper asking him to come and do it. What are your big plans for today?

..best to err on side of caution @GezzaP I put grille back over exhaust fan in ceiling other day. However , someone I knows father had a fall from ladder around my age and lost their sense of smell I think

um have tv unit to pick up at set time this afternoon 20ks away

was thinking local shop first for bread and milk , but see how I fell after shower. might just go back to bed. I couldnt spell 'meowmy' before lol ..already had 1 coffee and 1 tea, not really doing it

Thats good your team won @GezzaP Did you get a good nights rest? I got a solid 8 hours. Feeling good this morning. Drinking my longevity tea (jiaogulan) the chinese have been known to have extended lifespans drinking this tea. Some living to 100. I dont know why it has not yet been named a superfood like goji berries were. The west discovers these healing herbs and repackages as a new fad. My ex and I used to go to chinese enclaves and try and speak in short chinese dialects that were given to get goji before it was on the market. It used to be a bit of an adventure. I dont speak chinese but i knew how to get goji! lol I buy my organic jiaogulan in bulk from the tea hut if anyone is interested. Its a silky licorice tasting tea with a rich aftertaste.
