@GezzaP I think with bipolar its very easy to get caught up in a spiral and do compulsive things we later regret. But good for you paying off debt. Thats wonderful. It must have been difficult but you were able to get back into the black financially which is good. I have just been doing my fibonacci short course not feeling hungry so will skip lunch and do it at dinner but I do prefer having main meals at lunch.
Next week I'm getting into more thorough work with the shamanic toltec art of "recapitulation". Once I did the recapitaulation practice for weeks with the intention of trying to erase negative life experiences from my energy field. The result is you are not overburdened or weary from lifes experiences as you get older. I have seen psychologists attend these workshops as they get better results with recapitulation than using traditional therapy alone. It seems to work better than psychology. Anyway I did the practice for weeks doing a historical view of my lifes expriences but want to explore something more thorough using the essence of this technique but using sound as per The Maitreya Fields Reiki sound healing system.

@SmilingGecko I had to dip into my reserve funds to pay the debt off but I feel better knowing I’m no longer in debt. I pay for my footy streaming on my credit card and used it to buy a couple of cheap things for my puss so I will have them to pay off next month but it’ll be manageable so that’s good. Bipolar is a horrible disease with occasional episodes of ups and downs. The best medicine for me is proper sleep that’s why I usually go to bed early to make sure I get enough sleep even if I wake up during the night. Good luck with your planned programs. It can take a while to get into the habit of eating at lunch time but once you do you will feel the benefits I hope. Puss has been inside a lot today since there are showers out there.

@GezzaP Yes it does for many even my TCM does it so it makes sense. I feel better the next day - no heavy feeling, just complete clarity of mind and body energetically. So worth it.
