@GezzaP Enjoying my course. When I saw it on you tube just had to get it - it felt so good. Used my fibonacci tuning forks today and was able to access altered consciousness with them. I was a bit skeptical but it was true. Anyway will keep working with them.

That’s good if you think those are working for you @SmilingGecko . I had lunch early pork snags and stir fry veggies. Done dishes. Think I undercooked snags a bit but I’ve got an iron gut so should be fine. Will watch series soon. Psych rang was a brief consult she wants me to walk more but it makes my back hurt. She was pleased with my efforts today. Got up showered and did chores.
