Hello @AuntGlow yes I do chant as well as sound and rhythm practice for the vagus nerve. With the tuning forks it instills clarity and inner peace you also feel more congruent. The biggest thing for me though with the tuning forks is it healed my trauma. I would normally get triggered by certain events but the trauma has just dissapated and I no longer get triggered. It used to stop me accessing things on the internet as I would easily get triggered by people places and things. Now that is no longer the case. They say if you have a problem you need a solution that is higher than the situation that created the problem in the first place - well tuning forks do just that! I've now moved on to fibonacci tuning forks and by combining tuning forks you can access the spiritual. Here is a table below of the fibonacci intervals and what they can do for you.

@PeppyPatti My blood sugars are low even after eating things. No feet neuropathy. Almost up to a months worth of liver detox now. Did read liver detox helps with diabetes on AI. Will see how I go but I am really happy with this turnaround

Morning @SmilingGecko @TAB @Meowmy @StuF @PeppyPatti a good start for me. Showered, washed hair, been to shop and did washing already hung out. Puss turned up her nose at food and didn’t eat last night’s food either. All she ate was her dental treats. Nice day here today 22.
