My helper is feeling a bit sick @TAB . But he says he will keep working just take regular breaks. I’m a bit worried about him. Hope he’s ok.

i still feel constipated but can’t go. Oh well maybe later or tomorrow. Went a couple of times today at least. I get it every so often. Helper says still go to pub. I have advised him he needs to eat something. He doesn’t eat properly being so poor. I don’t eat well because I’m too lazy.
