Yes pub is open @TAB . I checked yesterday. Hope your eye is ok. I’m constipated went a bit but still feel like I need to go more. Oh well it’ll pass. Have a good day. Puss is on her arm chair. She begged me for dental treats this morning. I’ll have to get some more now I know she likes them.

Hello @GezzaP and Happy Easter. Thats great youre going for a counter meal at the pub to celebrate. I had a glorious nights sleep last night. Got back into drinking blue solarized water and its so calming and sedating I notice it works for insomnia even after trying things like melatonin. I did not want to take sleeping meds that put extra pressure on my kidneys. Anyway its good!!!

I havent got anything on today. Have been doing health audios with Sapien Medicine off Odysee channel. I'm doing most of their anti-aging programs to enhance my life. I want to turn my grey hair to its normal color without hair dye using morphogenic frequencies. I use a HGH audio that stimulates human growth hormones and a collagen audio for plump youthful skin. It saves me money using these audios. I dont have to buy collagen, hair dye and also get the benefits of HGH without the pricetag. I dont know how much HGH costs but its normally reserved for the elite class. I used to buy a homeopathic remedy which induces HGH production it was affordable but could no longer get it through customs. That was years ago. Anyway back on the HGH! Will let you know how I go with it.

@TAB your dentist has done something to you. I'm so sorry this has happened. Take photos of your face and document whats going on in case you can sue them. When I had my wisdom tooth extracted something happened to my eustacean tube. I went to the doctor and got demoralising information so used Rife to unblock my eustacean tube and everything was ok after that. I think some of the anesthetic went into my ear or it was something due to the extraction. Anyway what I did worked.

I’ve had grey hair for years @SmilingGecko . Perfectly happy to accept it. My skin is aging. I just accept that too.

YAY! @GezzaP Good stuff. It will be nice getting out of the house and socialising. I havent eaten out since the pandemic. No problem. Youre still doing Spanish. Keep at it. @GezzaP TBH I kind of accepted my grey hair and skin for a while I have not done anything about it for years but dont like getting old so will get back to you on my progress. I used to dye my hair with a two step process - 6 hours of henna. Wash out then 2 hours indigo. Wash out. Its the only way I know you get to dye your hair black and have grey coverage that is toxin free and doesnt cost a mint. There is a company in the USA called Hairprint that uses green technology to dye your hair safely. Its very pricey though. I could not afford it and wondered about the supply chain issues. With this war in Iran plastics are going to be hard to come by in future so I'm happy to use digital audio products.

umm I only started getting that like this year re feel like need to go but cant @GezzaP had unbelievable gas that lasted for days b4 proton pump inhibitors, some times have 7+ normal BMs/day i take prunes when I remember fibre powder is good. need more veg is the trick think. ive got diverticulitis

had like 4 colonoscopies in last 10years, 2nd time they found polyps, bit worried I am somehow back on 3-4 year intervals now oh well.

exercise and more water helps normal bowel habits

I did 2 trips to checkout , normal stuff first , put incar then got trolley and got another 5 bags briquettes (were$4 off) and 4 pkts lighters ($2 off) so have like 12boxes firelighters and 10bags heat beads haha , i use them to get coals happening quicker with wood fire

Feel a bit like a burp away from throwing up last 2 hrs. not so bad now. (i forgot gut meds yest think) i checked buns, they did have vilis , but only choc chip or fruitless ugh
