I think Meowmy may be right. Is that something you want to do today @TAB go to ED? You could get in before Easter crowd next week and have a secure space in hospital

Hello @StuF felt really good after doing Taoist practices today, my body really responded well. Something to add to my routine that makes sense. About to go for a walk in a minute then tackle kitchen chores. Any plans for Easter?

its happened before @Meowmy @SmilingGecko re blood. took blood thinner then anti inflammatory straight after. can get away with it if not straight after
