@StuF @GezzaP oh well I have an audio with instructions at least was hoping to do a video. Enjoy the footy. I think I'll do blood laser then tackle lunch. Have seen people do crazy things on rebounders. I have balance problems due to inner ear damage as a result of ear infections as a child. Wound up in hospital having to have ears drained. Now left with balance problems. My rebounder has a steadying handle so think I wont be doing insane adventurous things on rebounder. Have noticed my immune system is a lot stronger because of rebounding. I dont seem to catch anything

@TAB geez tabby, mouthful of blood is very bad . You must may be go to hospital so that they can find out where the blood is from. Could be from mouth, lung, throat. It usually means serious. Please take care. Pray for you.

Thats nice of your neighbour to put your bin out @GezzaP I dont know when the footy finishes but I think you'll be watching it until the end. Just recorded more of Taoist yoga. Yes TAB isnt coasting along too well since this morning. I hope he will be ok. Its alarming all the symptoms hes getting. I just hope doctor can do something. He doesnt deserve to suffer
