might go bakers delight,or woolies re fresh or god forbid local over rated family bakery. just thinking of 'egg hunt' on the farm. we would get 200g block of cadburys as cheaper and better.we didnt mind. choc eggs are disappointing ok 'compound chocolate'

you havent mentioned children? til like 10 years ago before I dropped out of online dating. I used to get 3rd degree about no kids, haha

have friend who is 80 this year and had 4 abortions. they must wonder sometimes. Dunno. Guess they were too busy living life and she would have been the one who brought them up on her own. would have cramped her style

@GezzaP This oneie/oodie was a real steal I bought it brand new with tags from the Salvos during a summer offseason sale. Just put it through the washing machine and hung out to dry during a hot day. I feel warm as toast in it. A good investment. It looks like the weather is picking up a bit though. I have some washing to do may go off and listen to a podcast. Will be glad to see back of daylight savings. It finishes soon. Have you got anything on for Easter?

I might possibly buy some fish for Good Friday and make my own baked fish and chips. Cant eat hot cross buns. Did come across this recipe in The Age for making the best tasting home-made chips like they do in fish and chip shops. Thought I'd share if theres no shop nearby or can afford it this Easter

I worry enough myself @SmilingGecko there is no quick fix i need to put feet up more, not walking atm. muscle also helps circulation and stop heart meds in 6 wks , so in 5mths or so all side effects should be gone. Cardiologist noticed my feetmonths ago. and said some term cant remember , but in next breath said we've got to get you off thatmed..

plus lose weight eat better , wah wah.

Thats ok @TAB I try and tread gently around you and be mindful most of the time as you have had some major stuff going on. You seem to find ways to cope in spite of everything though. You have some amazing coping strategies so I give you a lot of credit for that.

Yes there is a bit of sun here now @SmilingGecko . No plans for Easter. Is it next weekend? Might get some hot cross buns if I can get motivated to go to shop again. About to walk up to letter box. Hope it’s empty as that means no bills.

Yes its Easter in the next week or so @GezzaP I will have to celebrate Easter in my own way as I cant have choc eggs or hot cross buns but will definitely put something special on. It used to feel so prohibitive but these days I dont feel any sense of restriction anymore.

I don’t have kids @TAB . Never met the right guy or kept a long relationship. Just worked out that way. Also after got diagnosis worried about passing on bipolar. I guess it would be nice to have someone since my sister abandoned me. See if I can get motivated to go out to get some hot cross buns. I’ve got some popcorn that needs eating. I don’t like easter eggs either. I like fancy chocolate.
