@GezzaP yes I much prefer dinner at lunch, I wake up early the following day and dont feel sluggish. It keeps me from snacking and I am fuller for longer. I think we are meant to eat this way, it just feels so right. By the end of the day the last thing I want to do is cook

In Spanish America most people eat their main meal at lunch time @SmilingGecko . It suits me too. I’m too tired to cook in the evening. Glad to have shared my habit with you and that it is working out for you. Gone back to doing my Spanish. Hope you enjoy your lunch.

Yes thanks @GezzaP always open to other peoples ideas and suggestions and following up on advice and information. It was you that also got me into that pawpaw ointment. Amazing stuff! Looks like its going to rain here, we have rolling thunder in the skies right now. My suburb tends to avoid rain mostly. But we do get rain. The suburb I grew up in was known as a duck pond. Here, we just have clouds looking like theyre about to drop rain but they just pass by.

Never used to be such a drama. Done now. threw top in shower while I had another shower after scrubbing hands and arms.soaking top now after 4 rinses , still dirty. was sweating at the end. Am a wreck now need a/c, fan and cold drink

I love my paw paw cream works great on burns @SmilingGecko . Yes my suburb mostly misses out on rain too. Looks like it’s going to rain then goes up hills and around me. It’s overcast here but I doubt we’ll get any rain. At least it’s not stinking hot, but I did shut house up. Puss just came up for a cuddle but guess she got too hot as she has just got down. Still doing my Spanish.

@TAB diesel has hit the $3.00 mark in my area. Some places selling for $2.99. I don't get paid until Friday so who knows how much it will be then.
The first time I wish I'd bought a petrol version 😬

Changing oil messy job especially with bash plate @TAB . Enjoy your shower. Good luck washing your singlet. Enjoy your cold drink.
