@StuF thats good that you are still going in there for immune treatment. Yeah its going to be a harsh flu season based on what I saw going on in the USA over winter. Really strong turbo flus about. Do what you can to boost your immune and stay away from sniffling people is all I'm saying.

Just tossed out vegie scraps and garbage for collection today. Almost done with storage room. Not doing much more today. Started doing liver detox with Rife, felt a bit nauseous must have gunk in my liver. Doing detox for a month

@GezzaP off to the polling booth and a democracy sausage thrown in. Looks like there may be a Labor leadership spill with Jacinta Allen here in Victoria - she is our Premier. Dont know if its true but some other candidates for the top job were suggested in The Age. We have our elections in November. Where I live is known to be a safe Labor seat as my suburb is mainly poor and working class. Labor always wins here. Anyway got to get back to cooking lunch. Still havent heard from the solar company. If I havent heard from them I will contact consumer affairs

morning rush. I talk to the people handing out how to vote cards to get their vibe. I will watch some of the count Saturday night. My seat is Labor but used to be Liberal for years. It went to Labor federally too. A couple of elections ago. Federally is one of the more marginal seats but not so much anymore. Yes I know you have an election coming up there in Victoria. Won’t talk to one nation people as I detest them.

@GezzaP I'm off to listen to a podcast. So looking forward to a Zoom presentation tomorrow from one of my favorite local commentators. It should be really good. I cant afford other networks doing online courses but this website offers them at a fair price given the cost of living pressures we face today. I love her discussions so I'm very excited about tomorrows offering. Well may go and grab some rest then after that go for another walk
