Wow lots of bills @TAB . I have a big one at the end of the month. Got my super withdrawal overnight. Put it straight in savings account. It’s for emergency or if I can’t cover a bill.

@GezzaP hello! Just back from post office and she looked online to see where my parcel was and yes its at the depot. I will go there Friday or Saturday via taxi. I dont know why they stuck the depot in the middle of nowhere. Its impossible to get to without a car lol. Yes will make a cottage pie tonight, something hearty. So happy with the chakra and meridian work I've been doing. Last month I bought chakra tuning forks and was able to clear a lot of blocks in my chakras using sound. Have been listening to meridian sound frequencies to flush my meridians. Its good to have command over your being. The issues are definitely in the tissues!

Oh pity it’s at the depot @SmilingGecko . I got taxis yesterday and today as there was no way I would drive on busiest road here in peak hour. Enjoy your dinner. I’m getting paid today so will go to chemist and shop tomorrow. Back aching a bit today. Oh well. Washed off the lines they drew on my wrist yesterday when I did the dishes. Oh well back to Spanish.

@GezzaP Thats really good you are invested in your Spanish language skills. So many people skirt around the edges and can be dilletentes. I imagine your studies in political science were the same being fully immersed in it and consciously expanding your repertoire of knowledge. Yes I am really wrapt about my chakra and meridian stuff. Feeling more totally embodied and present. Its a great way to be.

I graduated in history and politics @SmilingGecko . I did my honours and PhD in history but got a job in politics. When you’re the teacher you have to do the reading. I did all my studies and most of my publications before I had my first episode of BP. It was definitely harder to write after that. Getting motivated was hard. But I’m very determined to improve my Spanish and it gives me something to do in the daytime. Whatever works for you is fine. Glad my medical appts ate over for this month.

Oh I put my unpaid bills on the fridge so I don’t forget. Once they’re paid I put them in another pile until I get around to filing them. @TAB I have to be organised so I know what’s owing and what’s paid.
