Thats good @GezzaP youre all done for the day. I think I'll have a shower then head off to the post office. Cant remember if I updated my collection point or not. The depot is so far away not even accessible via public transport and too far to walk. Its tucked away in an industrial precinct. When I updated my passwords cant remember if I nominated a new pickup point instead of the depot. It will save me taxi fares going to the local post office instead. I've been going over my My Post account and it now says I have one active collection point which is the post office and not the depot. Who knows? lol

@GezzaP Hopefully they can come up with something for you. I've been diligent with some herbs and using my laser watch to bring down BP apart from meds. Have to go to GP for a review soon plus regular blood tests.

fair enough @GezzaP psych cancelled on me said funding hassle (still) ok DVA has been paying for it. rang DVA myself even.

got paperwork to do with applying for Army medical records. Im going to see if anything I could perhaps claim for. think they shut that down years ago though, ie if served when I did cut off for claims long gone. Can only try. maybe get a few grand.

anyway. now dont have to drive 60ks. tried ringing psych. they actually answered. got the feeling they are still at home 100ks away . Endedup chatting anyway.

Next bother is have to get docs certified. someone at PO used to do it as were JP. they retired tho. rang library in 'bigtown' as sometimes there is someone there , or someone that visits. so there is someone at courthouse wednesdays 1-3pm so might drag myself there, well after get copies of docs. Need shower and coffee here , dont feel 100%

I have regular blood tests for my MI meds and low salt @SmilingGecko . See if they find an explanation for my high blood pressure. About to walk up to letter box postie comes about 10.30. Hopefully

no bills. Probably just election propoganda.

@GezzaP I'm due for a gas bill but it will be ok because I put money towards it every fortnight with Centrepay. It just gets rolled over every billing period. My electricity bill was zero. Dont know when postie gets here - it tends to vary. But recently I think its the early hours of the morning. Just had shower my skin is looking radiant and healthy with earthing. Well off to post office. Might have to have dinner at dinnertime. Having lentil cottage pie
