Sounds nice @SmilingGecko . My lunch wasn’t so healthy today but snags are cheap. Back to my Spanish soon.

@GezzaP mince is cheap. They have lots of affordable recipes on Budget Bytes which I have used for mince. Womens Weekly now recognises people cant afford meat and also put out budget friendly mince recipes. Theres lots of mince recipes out there with the cost of living crisis. I'm trying to wean myself off meat but having probs with B12 supplementation. Yes I buy organic meat but I portion the trays into enough meat that would fit into a fist. Thats how much meat I have eaten and it costs very little money especially if youve been flexitarian like me ie alternating between a meat day and a vegan day.

Yes I use mince too if I can be bothered preparing recipes but I’m lazy @SmilingGecko ha ha. I don’t eat meat every day either.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I went through a stage of real fatigue with my diabetes that I hated cooking. I've only recently begun to reawaken my interest in putting in an effort again but yes its hard cooking just for one @GezzaP. I totally get it.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I really struggle to fuss over cooking especially in the evening @SmilingGecko . That was one reason I started eating my main meal at lunch time. I don’t eat much at tea time.
