Swapped gas cylinder tried to sell ages ago . someone looked at it and sniffed claiming it was out of date. it wasnt.silly grey yuppie cant read date stamp. ok now have in date cylinder and its full.notdecided whether to try and sell it or not . would be break even after refill but discovered people dont like empty ones. wish big cylinder been on for months would run out so I can get another one before they put the price up

@TAB We've just had this strike on Iran and now the bowsers are allready jacking up prices. Read in Money magazine it takes several weeks for the prices to reach fuel stations so they seemed to indicate it was price gouging. So glad I don't own a car. The convenience would be nice though

Have seen some cheaper petrol prices from 30-50c/litre off in Melbourne using the website "Petrol Spy" @TAB @GezzaP @StuF Petrol Spy is on the internet and is also an app. It shows all the petrol prices across Australia.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

yes its daylight robbery @SmilingGecko they are just putting margins up. someone posted on local fb group that local petrol station had put price up couple cents a litre every day of last week so as to 'stealth' customers

In the bad old days in SA with Don Dunstan,it was made illegal to sell old stock for 'new' price. so you could go to hardware shop for a pkt of bullets (was1970s) and the cheaper ones would be hidden behind the dear ones at front. they also stopped it being a requirement to buy products to enter a competition. bet they threw the entries without a label in the bin tho ha ha

Saw post this morning that peak capitalism was in 1890 and heading back that way. children worked 14hr days , men were unemployed women could not vote etc, yet the rich claimed and still do that them getting richer means more for all. no it means slavery lol
