@Cuddlebear I am really looking forward to starting with the new physiotherapist and starting the muscle strengthening program. I promised my daughter that I was going to do it, so we can spend more time together and start doing stuff that involves walking once my strength building starts to take effect. I know it is not going to be easy for me at the start, but it will be well worth the outcome.

I don't really care how long it takes to fix my swallowing issue, as I have had it for 17 years now and am used to it. But it would be nice to be able to eat in public and not have to worry about food getting stuck and if I need to throw up or not. So, it would be nice to have it fixed eventually. but I have a feeling that some of the problem goes back to me trying to stay thin when I was a teenager.

My mum now need for me to take her to get her eyes check, which I can do at the same time as me, as I am due as well. Then she needs to see the dentist about a lump on her tongue and then the hearing specialist for a check-up. So, a few more appointments to go. Most of them I am ok with, but I hate going to the ear specialist, as I can't find a car park that is close to the shop, and it involves a bit of walking, which of course gives me a lot of pain with my back. I have asked my sister to go into the appointment with her, so I can just drive them there, but she won't. And if you try and force her to, she always comes up with something wrong with her on the day. It's very frustrating.

We are slowly getting use to caravan life, and I managed to save my first amount towards the rental savings. But I had to transfer the money to my partner's account, as I was very tempted to buy some coins while I had this money in my account. Lol

Thats good with your back and sleep @GezzaP! I've had to cancel gardening. The lawns are growing long, the trees need to be pruned and vegie patch needs weeding. Will have to wait until another payment cycle. I could get out and do some weeding myself. The moon is waning so the roots from weeds wont take hold and grow back as quickly
