Iv been saying for 3 months that im going to get a phone call that will change my life

but America paused that for a year I'm supposing.
I got the phone call that at last im getting my problems all completely sorted out when my home gets bought.

My tank never goes below a quarter @TAB . Over half a tank now. Can’t do much about oil. Sometimes when my helper is here he drives it further like today. We went out for lunch and a free drink. Topped up on cold drinks too. Spent almost $100 on meds. Helper is doing a small paint patch up job. Has already cleaned kitty litter, garden, gave the garden a soak and cleaned bathroom, toilet and laundry. My back hurts a bit today,

Hi @SmilingGecko . Helper here today. Went out to chemist, get petrol and top up on petrol. Went out for lunch you get a free drink with lunch. He has done garden and cleaned up a bit. Doing small paint job too. Nice to have company for a day. Hope you slept ok and are well today.

yes back stiff here too. told someone one here today I was fine, then touched toes(nearly, these days) noticed right at base of spine and got 3 clicks from upper back. pathetic , but did me good lol. oh, hung out huge load of washing as well, feel like one the Thunderbirds when walking now , (ok, stiff,jerky like the marionettes on Thunderbirds)

did timed walk at gym yest . hips super tight,cant get anything like full stride anymore, need to stretch.

@GezzaP I'm using up a bag of old tomatoes to make a DIY tomato sauce for American Goulash

Slightly adjusting the recipe to make everything from scratch. Using coconut aminos to replace soy sauce and not using alcohol. Using konjac noodles in replacement for macaroni to avoid gluten and keep carbs down. Thats what I am having for lunch. I love American Goulash! Hope you enjoyed your counter meal!!! 🍲

I'm about to watch some opera on you tube. I was going through a local weekend guide and Orpheus and Euradice is playing soon with Australian Opera. I had not heard of that opera before and noticed it on you tube today with subtitles it had rave reviews so will watch that opera on you tube today!

Yes I woke up once last night but am sleeping a lot better thanks to tuning forks and acupressure. Feeling great instead of lousy.

@PeppyPatti I’ve got a couple of blood pressure appts in a couple of weeks. My helper is going to take me as it is at peak hour. I’ve had these tests before they found nothing so who knows. My helper gets a lot done while he is here so it’s worth paying him to do it. We just had a drink after he finished. I’m missing the company already. My back is playing up today. That’s my punishment for walking uphill the other day. Hoping my puss will show up now my helper has left.
