just watched one of cat blankets after soaking overnight ok v.small, thin cellular blanket got off internet felt sick when unwrapped it. was nothing like I expected guess price was too good to be true. so it became liner for cats carboard box on lounge.

Have sussed laundries out for heavier stuff like quilts and a mats, will do tripin not too distance future. drive 40ks to get $5 /load machine over $13 /load machine in bigtown 30ks away, plus beach to look at , convenient take away shops,can get burger and eat on park bench looking at sea like did 2 years ago lol @ENKELI just need more clothes baskets/garbags to put washing in

@TAB I sense you got harmed by your parents the way they raised you with that level of abnegation. I think it can cause lasting damage to a young child growing up and going into adulthood. I think its very hard to shake off in the end. I'm glad I did not bring a child into this world. I had to think of a childs welfare. I did the right thing not having kids. I love children but dont regret my decision.

oh it was 1960s /70s and they had family of 6 living on $50/week

I only put $20 in car since I don’t drive much. Yep going for counter meal comes with a free drink.

@Mustang67 Hello lovely how are you feeling? It sounds like you have a lot on your plate.

im glad you were able to take your mum to Podiatrist. It’s really good you’ve been cleared to exercise and improve strength. It’s hard to exercise when you are feeling depressed etc. and I’m really happy that you will get support to be able to do that now. It will be a big benefit to have the exercise support and muscle strengthening. I think it will help with the pain and give you relief.

It sounds like you have a really good surgeon who’s investigating properly to make sure you get the type of treatment you need.

I understand how hard it is having multiple medical conditions myself. How are you feeling about everything?

@GezzaP at risk of 'man-splaining' even if you dont use care often should keep say at least 1/4 full tank else end up with crap in engine if always near empty

Also from occasional short trips, get condensation in oil, so has to be changed more often./ every so often go for country drive. helps the engine

..taxi engines last 4x longer than same car in normal use . How ? more constant engine temp cosnotso much heating up and cooling down plus condensation as mentioned.
