think did one circuit too many monday. thinking about lighting fire here, dont have to , guess things will warm up on next hour or so. Go dew on newly sprouted grass in backyard this morning poor baby citrus trees getting a workout .. 45 deg for a week , then 38 every day for over a week, now dew, will be frost soon. They still looking okay. one is a bit sus. Prob doing okay for Bunnies , people complain about them so much, well suppliers get paid nothing so supply weakest plants guess.

Coffee here .so could go a bath right now . got bill reminder for gas bottle rental. had forgotten.funny, 2 invoices and not even due yet, its modern way lol

oh. bloody tap replaced on outside wall near back door def leaking. small damp spot . ok was 20x as big before my dodgy repair. will haveto get/dig out thread glue and go mad on thread tape or just get the gas stuff,its twice as thick (seals better)

Hello @GezzaP pleased to hear youve picked up again. Thats wonderful. Well we all got paid today. Will be keeping an eye on finances.

@Bunniekins I've learned some new techniques with tuning forks to cleanse my chakras. I feel clearer and more grounded. Went back to an old book I have and have been using methods unblock my energy. He says if your energy is blocked you cant enjoy love, joy and purpose.

@TAB are you going to the physio today with that nice girl at the pool? I've got to get walking. Its been a few days without walking due to weather. We are now in autumn so can get back out there. I do weights each morning. Makes me feel good

@StuF happy hump day. I think you are going to work today. I hope today pans out well for you on the road collecting books. Theres a new book I want to read on how to use manifestation techniques that was only reserved for royalty. Its now available to the surface population for the first time. Anyway I hope you have a nice day on the road

@SmilingGecko nah mondays and thursdays @SmilingGecko plus not pool but would be better as still sore Oh well. she got a bit carried away other day. barely been there this year. She intimated was way behind where I had been (at best) guess

Just get back on your horse @TAB, youve had major surgery so she should cut you some slack. You will get there. They focus on targets without the nuances that hamper weight loss. They can really push people because they want to see you healthy
