@SmilingGecko I’m looking forward to the Lunar Eclipse 🙌🏼 I’ve got a great vantage point.
No street lights.
Just me, the sheep and the Kelpies.

@Meowmy just did 5mins feet up wall , it has been way way worse than today my upper back usually hunched and tight and put upper back on floor. Also have hurt back badly trying to get back up off the floor in past few years after having the shock of being straightened out lol I put hands behind head to make it work on upper back as well
So am really happy with that . Hope you evening is going okay
maybe you could try this if agitated or do some kettle bells or sticky hands lol
Legs-Up-the-Wall pose (Viparita Karani) is a restorative, passive inversion that aids in relaxing the nervous system, improving circulation, and relieving tired legs, swollen ankles, or mild back pain. It is best performed for 5–20 minutes by lying on your back with your sit-bones near the wall, legs resting vertically upward, and arms relaxed at your sides.
How to Perform Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani):
Setup: Sit with your right side against a wall.
Enter the Pose: Gently turn your body, lying on your back while swinging your legs up onto the wall. Your butt can be directly against the wall or a few inches away for more comfort.
