Hello @GezzaP doing reasonably ok, just listening to sound frequencies for my meridians. Thinking about my doctors practice letting me down. Looking for a new doctor. I have another GP in mind. Was told my thyroid problems werent the issue but i had all the symptoms. Could not eat the types of foods not recommended for hyperthyroid without causing a thyroid storm including raspy voice consistent with nodules. Would have sweats day and night. I told her it was subclinical. She told me I was menopausal Was told waking at night to go to bathroom was sign of old age and was offered next to nothing. Was given melatonin but wrong strength by another doctor at same clinic. Spoke to her last week and she refused to run tests on my insomnia. Anyway had enough

Sorry to hear you can’t get the help you want @SmilingGecko . I get up at night to go to loo but think it is due to my age and being post menopausal. Also I have to drink a full glass of water to take meds before going to bed. Still feeling a bit down today but think it’s probably due to being so broke and trapped inside. At least it’s not hot today. Oh well I’ll get over it.

Good luck at gym @TAB . I’m still feeling down probably because I’m broke, lonely and stuck in house. At least it’s cool today.

We didn’t get much rain at least where I am @TAB . It often comes in off ocean and then goes up hills missing me.
