@GezzaP Just listened to some solfeggio frequencies for each chakra and can feel energy flowing better. Got out of the habit was using short cuts with a pyramid over each chakra instead. Might talk to GP about food allergy and insomnia and CBT for addressing it

What’s CBT @SmilingGecko ? My only allergies are coconut and penicillin. Just had lunch yeah I eat early. Stir fry veggies again. Stocked up on frozen stir fry veggies. I love water chest nuts and it has lots, plus green beans, carrot, capsicum and brocoli. Quite nice mix. Get a small seniors discount too. Really broke now until late next Weds afternoon.

@GezzaP CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy and its used effectively for insomnia. You wouldnt think so but apparently they get a high success rate with it. Both doctors and therapists agree. If you research it you can find more information. I was a bit iffy about it but apparently its a good modality. Going by what I've read it makes a lot of sense

It’s 33 here the humidity is still there @TAB . Having a cold drink here. Thinking will have to turn air on soon. I hate this weather wish it would rain and cool down. Crazy cat has just gone outside. When I opened the door for her there was a blast of hot air. Enjoying cold drink.
