Hello @GezzaP happy for you that your back is not causing you much more grief. Only slept a little bit last night. Just using solfeggio frequencies to balance and clear my chakras, thought blocked crown, third eye and base chakras might have something to do with contributing to my insomnia. Got tele health appt with GP am getting some sleeping tablets from her. Have to cancel lawnmower man cant afford it. Blah!

Yes @SmilingGecko very happy about my back. So sorry you didn’t sleep well. I use meds for sleep and I sleep a lot during the night. Hope meds work for you. Forgot dry cat food in trip to shop. Oh well my puss doesn’t eat much of it anyway. In fact she often doesn’t eat much of her breakfast but she eats all her tea overnight, so I guess she is ok. She is asleep on her arm chair. I’m doing lots of Spanish lots of new words and tricky grammar.

Your puss was a stray right @TAB . They tend to eat anything they can. Mine came from a rescue. Doing some tricky grammar and lots of new words in my Spanish lessons recently. Gives me something to do.

My cat likes to hide in a pile of laundry. I have a hulk of a clothes horse where i dry my clothes and cat likes to hide out there. @GezzaP you could get dry cat food delivered from Amazon. Dont know if you are signed up to rotten Amazon or not but if I missed things in my food shop will get Amazon to deliver next day. I know what people think about Amazon though. Its useless to try and stand up to their growing monopoly! Oh well...

yes , stray re mine @GezzaP it stillhas a double take when I throw scraps into backyard.it used to watch where landed and checkout to see if edible. he'll eat spilled dryfood if hungry

Yeah thought he was a stray @TAB . They’ll eat anything they get. Wish mine would. Often the neighbour’s cat gets in and pinches my cat’s food. She seems ok so I guess I shouldn’t worry. Starting to think about lunch here.
