I don’t like broccolini @SmilingGecko . But eat broccoli. It is in the frozen stir fry veggies that I buy. Back still aching will try physio if it doesn’t improve when I stand up to cook lunch.

@GezzaP have you looked into getting a new mattress? even a new base can make a huge difference.

Thats no good @GezzaP are you doing exercises or going to see a physio, couldnt quite understand if you had booked and appointment or not? Must be sending you broke all these appointments. I dont like seeing you in this predicament. Its not a good way to be in. The broccolini is cheaper per bunch compared to a heads of broccoli. I just throw it in a salad and a different dressing made out of blitzed zucchini, lemon juice, medjool dates and avocado. Got thunder out this way, just brought in blanket which was dry on the line.

I do exercises @SmilingGecko . Can’t afford any appts this pay cycle had to pay 4 bills and a couple were big ones. So I do what I can at home. It aches but it’s bearable. Felt better when I stood up so must remember to stand up frequently. Hoping it will go away if I sleep on my back tonight. Hope you enjoy your lunch. Glad to hear your blanket is dry.

I recently bought a new bed @Bunniekins . My back is a problem since I wrote my PhD. 16 hour days sitting at the computer for 8 weeks. My back has never been the same since. It was better when I stood up to cook lunch and do dishes. Have to stand up frequently. Oh well. Can’t afford any treatment this pay cycle had too many bills to pay. I’ll just have to put up with it and hope it gets better tomorrow.

Heard you and even us here might get some significant rain later this week @TAB . It is humid here too. 28 here. Back aching. Felt better when I stood up to get lunch so I’ll keep standing up. Had to pay 4 bills this week so a bit broke and can’t afford any treatment for back until I get paid again. Hope you get plenty of rest.
