Wishing you better sleep @SmilingGecko . The nuisance about going to my health insurer is that it is in a big shopping centre that I hate going to.

@SmilingGecko i wake up having full on panic attacks after only sleeping for 10-30 minutes or an hour if I'm lucky. There's just alot going on and both my mind and body can't cope. The universe has thrown yet another curve ball my way this morning with my puppy developing an ear infection. I just wanted to come home to rest but now I'm having to sort out getting him to the vet when I don't have the money to but he needs antibiotics.

I've tried melatonin but it doesn't work for me and unfortunately medications aren't an option for me.

It's great that you've found the acupuncture helpful and that it's bulkbilled.

Oh only 3 hours? @TAB . In addition to night time sleep? I hope so. I slept about 8 hours last night. Bin was collected early today for a change. It’s cool here so far today.

I have extras but no health cover, @GezzaP it can be a good thing but a bad thing. My insurer is at a big shopping mecca 45 minutes down the road via bus. Its usually chock full of people and I hate going there. I put blanket on the line. I stretched it over the top of the clothesline to get added drying effect. Hopefully it will dry today

@MissGremlin sorry to hear about your little pup. I know you could have done without it. These added burdens we need to carry! When we are facing difficulties of our own and being stretched to the limit with few emotional resources it can be so hard ❤️

I hate going to big shopping centre too @SmilingGecko . I go early and treat myself in cafe while I wait for health insurer to open at 9 then I leave. Often I get my helper to take me so he drives. I hate driving as I’ve lost all my confidence since causing an accident some years ago. Hope blanket dries.

@TAB I’ll have to go to Marion to get money back for psych. Will get my helper to take me if possible as I hate driving and hate busy shopping centres.
