It’s horrible out there. Just went to shop @Bunniekins . No way could I walk. Supposed to be cool tomorrow then heating up again yuck I hate it. Have a good day.

Yep @Bunniekins . I got very hot watering garden and going to shop. Hiding indoors now will only go out to letter box. I’ve got roller shutters on all my windows so the place stays cool until mid afternoon.

so far:
- rung chemist re e-scripts
- rung drs re hard copy of referral for thursday
- rung gas place to inform them I have the 1 bottle, not 2 they are trying to charge me for
ok plus had shower. tbh they must have slathered me in medical wash as skin andarmpits not sticky/stinky after 4days
found some radio signal thing washing myself, was like a wire loop on sticky tape plus an electrode pad, ha
