@TAB s i have dropped 2 dress sizes! officially and my appetite has gone! i am so happy 😄

I didn't sleep @Bunniekins even with a/c should have shower. Seemed too hard.

First 3 days most critical. Then 3 mths re drinking. Think stopping for a while
