Pizza was good enough.better than most can get at 3pm anyway lol. Drinks verboten first 3 days critical to success of operation

@TAB Yeah I meant non all drinks, just something refreshing. I don't drink anymore so it doesn't occur to me to say non al drinks. Yeah, nothing like a medical professional telling you you're obese. I had a specialist tell me that and because I was too fat (his words) he refused to operate on me. Thank God I have private health insurance now so I can choose my own specialist and that muppet can go spit in the wind.

I have put on weight recently so I am going to have to get something done about it. I hate looking at myself in photos or mirrors.

I don't do junk food but I don't have a very healthy diet either.

Try the non drinking, you might find you lose some kgs. I stopped drinking when I saw how high the iron in my blood was. I have haemochromatosis aka iron overload and as soon as I stopped drinking my iron levels became normal again. Prior to that I was having to donate blood weekly. That didn't bother me but the rust spots on my legs and feet did. No joke, I had brown spots on my legs and feet and it was literally rust!

Now I only drink on special occasions. Quit smoking, quit drinking, if I live to 100 I'm gonna be pissed!

Yeah was worried they would refuse to do procedure too anyway done now,still alive read up little bit. Not drinking at least 3mths seems to be the go

obese was in discharge notes. Just want to go home and sleep. Have to come back Thurs to see my cardiologist who chickenEd out of doing operation.willweigh me ..again and plead w me to lose weight . Again.and make me feel bad ..again .
