but @Bunniekins im so proud of you caring for your adult children. I miss my sons terribly but it’s like as if they need me in their life later on in life.

@GezzaP enjoy the football! I'm glad I got some sleep. @TAB would be under observation. He was hoping to leave today sometime but possibly wise they kept him in. Cat has been sunning herself in the back garden while I've been doing my nightly routine. Just put a pyramid over each of my chakras to balance them now align assemblage point. Will meditate later and listen to some Rife frequencies. Just at the end of a rotten astrological transit that lasted several years, it was yuk but its given me even greater fortitude and backbone. Just reading it made me wonder how I could put up with it for so long. Well the transit is over tomorrow. So glad to see the back of it. It was major health problems with no resolution in sight, extreme tiredness and interpersonal difficulties. Well I ploughed through lol

@SmilingGecko I had considered TAFE as there is a site very close to me however my ex Goddaughter is possibly studying there and the last thing I need is to run in to her. I've pretty much coloured my own hair since I was about 16. It's only been the last 15 years I haven't been able to get to the hairdresser regularly. It's one of those things that people don't think about. I just get annoyed that it's one thing that I'd like to do for myself as I don't do much in the way of self care.

@PeppyPatti my closest friends make me want to slap them sometimes! They just get on your nerves for no reason but you just want to bit their heads off! I feel your pain.

If you can afford to get your hair done regularly then do it. We all need self care, and that is something I lack.

I'm impressed you've taken Peanut for a walk. It's 32 here at 5pm and there is no way I want to go outside. Thank goodness we have a drop by 10 degrees tomorrow.

If the ex therapist is at the hairdresser the same time as you, let me know. I'll take them for a long, long drive. To Victoria... 😁

@TAB hey Tabster, I hope by now you're resting up in the motel and channel surfing or having a cold drink and feeling okay 🙂

Ahh @ENKELI I used to take one of my clients to that tafe and she would do hairdressing classes and use get three different haircuts a week.
