Hello @GezzaP I slept 3 hours this afternoon. Woke up to pee then got in another 1 hour sleep before being woken up by noise coming from the house over the road. Feeling a lot better after doing the ayurvedic oil pulling technique. Havent been able to pull something like that off in quite a long while. Hopefully tonight I will drift off with ease - theres a definitive shift in my health. Feeling a lot better now. So grateful for how I'm feeling

I’m going to my fav. Coffee shop at 9 am next Tuesday next to grab a coffee. That's when I can afford it and I can afford it for 2 but it is difficult isn’t it ?
