@GezzaP Yeah the loo is flushing thankfully could have done without a plumber callout so glad I invested in a plunger all those years ago. It saves a lot of inconvenience. Have not been well with diabetes and blood pressure and broken sleep/insomnia. Going to see GP for acupuncture. Just cant afford TCM clinics on my disability pension. With the cost of living makes you wonder where all the money is going lol. Oh well. Glad to hear youre doing better lately I need some more of your ju-ju GezzaP Glad to hear your back has healed and you are happy and well

My blood pressure is very high @SmilingGecko . I’m on 3 medications tor it. The one I used to take worked ok but when my GP upped the dose I had an allergic reaction. She has referred me to a blood pressure specialist clinic so I wait for an appt there. See if they can work it out. I also have low salt. I take salt tablets for that. I suspect it’s because I drink a lot of water. Oh well I inherited the blood pressure and the bipolar. I am fine and happy atm. I am cooking lunch again as you know that is my main meal of the day. Helper coming tomorrow so I’ll take him to lunch. Got several bills to pay in the next couple of weeks they just keep coming. I’m on a small super pension it’s hard some fortnights when I have bills to pay.

@GezzaP Mines the same, last time i spoke to GP they put me on another bp med that made me so sick i could not function and do basic tasks around the home. They did make mention they would be referring me to a specialist if i could not get the levels down. Its hard living on your own and putting up with this. Enjoy your lunch tomorrow, that will be a nice outing for you and to have some company! I'm like you just had my main meal. Had a big salad with home-made dressing out of squeezed orange juice, fresh garlic and honey. I wish I could eat out at cafes but have dietary needs now so havent seen a cafe since the pandemic started

im sort of pretty happy. We went out for dinner with gambling at the casino we left with an excess of 250 and our dinner paid for. I was that woman saying stop immediately. I gambled $50 left with $100.
im the most boring person to go to the casino with.

Yes it can be hard living alone but most of the time I like it @SmilingGecko . I like going out for lunch every so often. It gets me out of the place. It has turned into a nice cool day here so far but I can feel it warming up a bit. I suspect there is little that can be done about my blood pressure.
