@GezzaP Woolworths just arrived. Have been doing health audios and using my blood laser device. Will have a quiet restful day today. Not doing anything! Back to bed for a lazy day to regroup my energy

I actually have hard boiled egg and stir-fry veg @GezzaP even got noodles, Chili and soy .. got other stuff . Plus need a coffee before anything

I don’t like noodles much @TAB . Had my stir fry veg and egg. Then a mince pie my local supermarket still has them this far after xmas. Sadly my GP is ringing me tomorrow supposedly at 5.10 but she’s always running very late so I expect to sit up late for me. Was hoping to get a morning appt.

I have no idea when they finish @TAB . Open until 9 then opens tomorrow at 7.30 very convenient as I can go before it gets hot unless aI have to go to chemist not open until 8.30.
