thanks @Meowmy all done now. drove around looking at trains then home
nearly said only one coffee shop, but bakery is as coffee shop as well. the coffee shop coffee shop is tiny and claustrophobic, big enough for half as many people they have in there

yeah , not had this in a long time as exercise physio kept this stuff away @GezzaP right side of middle of back (right handed) and imbalances. oh well. a/c on . otc meds, ok coffee.
might try freeze spray on it lol
