Hello @GezzaP I had a reasonable nights sleep woke up at 2am to go to bathroom. Just listening to morphogenic frequencies after doing detox protocols now roast potato for brekky. I'm feeling good today could do better but thats life hey? Well hoping you have a good day GezzaP. I'm making headway with an audio that deletes childhood imprints in terms of deeply defined self belief systems. Its been working. I study Human Design which is an evolutionary esoteric system and this year calls for calling attention to those de-limiting beliefs in order to carve new pathways. Was lucky to find out that Maitreya Fields you tube channel had an audio for deleting everything in your subconcious that doesnt serve you. The audio was released this year. You just listen to the audio and focus on what you want to change and it deletes it.

@StuF I'm going well hope you are too. Just making a pot of fennel/thyme/lemonbalm tea. Have been doing personal development on my childhood scripts from upbringing and am making important shifts. Feeling more liberated

Hello @TAB just reading The Age today unmarried women without children are the happiest demographic according to research. My life is happy. Glad I left de-facto relationship and was childless. Kids wouldnt have turned out. I have no regrets. I have my hobbies, my own pace of life and happiness. Why women are desperate to have kids in this socioeconomic climate while we are overpopulated is beyond me. It just adds complexity to emotional resources and finances. Too many kids with autism anyway
