Good morning friends. Sorry i'm late this morning i slept the night away. i got 7 hours in one go. i cannot even remember last i got that many hours. How are you all today? i feel fine so far. So good to wake up and not feel unwell.

Yay, it's Monday! The first day of the working week, I hope it goes well for everyone.

I have a vet appointment (by vet I mean my GP) to make sure I have all of my meds for my holiday which is fast approaching.

I am due to fly out to Barcelona on the 28th of this month and still don't have my passport. Am I worried?! Naaah! Lol, it's been lodged and I paid the fast-track fee so hopefully I'll get it this week.

@DownMoreThanUp congratulations on getting a solid 7 hours, great news. And as @Taali said, no apology necessary, this is a good thing.

@Bunniekins when I was 34 I travelled North America mostly alone. I was with a friend for the month I was in Canada but when I went to the States for 2 months I was on my own. I had less anxiety about that trip than I do this one!

My bestie and I have known each other for nearly 53 years and we promised each other that for our 50th anniversary we would do a holiday together. We are doing a 7 day cruise that leaves from Barcelona, travels through France, Italy and Malta for 7 days, then we have 5 days in London.

I had been waiting for my inheritance before doing the trip otherwise there is no way I could afford it!
